Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com. David Glynn Hullinger was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on December 17, 1953. He passed from this life on December 20, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years and 3 days. David was a 1971 graduate of Tahlequah High School. On July 17, 1975, he married Carren (McCollum) Hullinger in Welling. In 1978 David completed training as an Asbestos Installation Instructor at Local 64 office in Tulsa. David traveled extensively for his work as an asbestos heat and frost installer for over forty years and was a member of the International Asbestos Workers. He enjoyed spending time watching Nascar and football. David was preceded in death by his parents, Coy and Pearl; an infant daughter, Carey Lynn Hullinger; and brother Larry Hullinger. David leaves behind his wife Carren of the home; his two children whom he cherished, Amanda Hullinger-Steward of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jonathan Hullinger of Enid, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Chryssa Steward and Christian Steward; his sister, Carolyn Hullinger of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and many other friends and loved ones. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in David’s memory.
