Gerald William Stanley (Jerry) was a resident of Cookson, Oklahoma since 2008. He was born on June 16, 1949 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Jerry is survived by Rosanne, loving wife of 33 years; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Cordova (Terry); son, Gerald (Jerry) Earl Stanley (Nina); daughter, Gina MArie Washburn (Brian); sister Roselyn Harris; granddaughters. Taylor Lynnea Cordova, and Tierra Leigh Cordova; sisters-in-law Donna Szolwinski (Bruce), Susan Redlin, Laurie Lollar (Richard); brother-in-law Christopher Dettlaff (Rachel); and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Earl Stanley; mother, Winona Stanley; two brothers, Ronald and David Stanley; and brother-in-law Clifton Harris. Jerry was an avid crappie fisherman, enjoyed boating, and life at Lake Tenkiller. He also enjoyed hunting in his younger days. He especially loved spending time with his family, keeping up with the NFL. especially the Green Bay Packers (Go Pack Go!), and college football. Jerry loved his friends and family. He never met a stranger, and was always joking around right up to his last day. He loved all of his pets, especially his little pug. Louie. Jerry will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed.
